Eligibility:

• Children: All children are eligible for immunizations at NHC.
  • Children must have received a well-child visit within the past year with their pediatrician and provide documentation, or they may schedule a well-child visit at NHC.
• Adults: Must meet eligibility requirements.

Required Documents:

• Children: Must provide immunization records from other facilities to receive vaccinations on the same day.

Child Immunizations

Through the Texas Vaccines for Children Program, NHC provides all recommended childhood vaccines. Additionally, we can access prior immunization records through the Texas State ImmTrac system to ensure up-to-date protection.

Adult Vaccines

NHC offers a range of adult vaccines, including COVID-19, Tdap, Polio, Hepatitis B, HPV, Meningococcal, Influenza, Pneumovax, and Zoster, following CDC guidelines.

Financial Assistance:
Uninsured adults and those with Medicare may qualify for the Adult Safety Net Program or patient assistance programs to help cover vaccine costs.
Important Notice:
NHC does not accept insurance. All healthcare visits are available for a nominal fee.
